BERGALKI WELT

1. Enquiries and contracts

The services on this website are quoted individually. Submitting the contact form or using the project planner does not place a paid order. Selections in the planner are neither a binding technical configuration nor a price quotation.

Before commissioning, scope, fees, applicable VAT, term, delivery conditions and responsibilities are described in the specific proposal. Contractual terms and any required consumer information are supplied in connection with the relevant contract. These website notices do not limit statutory rights.

2. Purchase, rental and ongoing costs

Server hardware, availability, location and operating models are discussed individually. For bots, agents and integrations, development, interfaces, data sources and operating limits are agreed. Depending on the solution, recurring charges may apply for hardware rental, hosting, telephony, models, licences or support. The specific proposal governs these details.

3. AI and human responsibility

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. The level of review required depends on the use case and possible consequences. Permitted tasks, access rights, approvals and human handover are defined before deployment. This website does not promise a particular commercial outcome.

Certain AI systems are subject to transparency obligations. For covered conversational systems, this includes informing people that they are interacting with AI. Applicable obligations depend on the role, functionality and use involved. The European Commission explains the transparency obligations under Article 50 of the AI Act.

4. Data, content and usage rights

Data and content supplied for a project must be lawfully usable for the agreed purpose. Access rights, providers, data flows and any required data processing agreements are clarified for the specific project. Rights to software, models and work products depend on the applicable agreement and licence conditions.

5. Privacy on this website

This website uses no advertising trackers, analytics profiles or external font providers. Processing associated with visits, enquiries and the project planner is described in the privacy notice. Rules on terminal equipment privacy are set out in Section 25 TDDDG.

6. Operator details and contact

Operator details are provided in the legal notice. For service enquiries, contact Normen Manuel Bergal at post@bergal-ki-welt.de. Information on accessible use and reporting barriers is available on our accessibility page.

7. Visual design

The abstract technical artwork was created with AI. It does not represent a specific available hardware configuration. Binding product characteristics are defined in the individual proposal.
