Where AI is used on this website and what happens when you contact Bergal KI Welt.
1. Images and editorial content
The abstract technical artwork and website text were created with assistance from generative AI. The images are digital artwork. They do not show photographed servers, business premises or client projects. Available hardware and specifications are defined in an individual proposal.
Normen Manuel Bergal is the website operator responsible for the published content. Contact details are provided in the legal notice.
2. Project planner and contact
The project planner is a rule based selection tool. It does not use an AI model or generate individual AI advice. Your selections stay in your browser until you include them in an enquiry and submit it. Downloads are created on your device.
The contact form forwards your message to Bergal KI Welt by email. No chatbot responds on this website. The website does not send form entries to an AI model or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. See the privacy notice for details.
3. Transparency for AI services
Article 50 of the European AI Act addresses disclosure of direct AI interaction, technical marking of synthetic outputs and certain published content disclosures. Applicable duties depend on functionality, content and the role of provider or deployer. A legal notice does not replace information required at the first interaction.
For a commissioned bot or voice assistant, required notices must be implemented in that application or at the opening of the call. This website does not provide such an assistant. Identifying AI does not replace privacy information or any consent required for recording a conversation.
4. Limitations and human review
AI may produce incorrect or incomplete results. Reliability, permitted tasks, data access and necessary human review must be defined for the specific use. A service description on this website is not a conformity certificate for a future client system.
5. Legal sources and contact
Official information is available in Article 50 of the AI Act and the European Commission guidance. Questions about AI use on this website can be sent to post@bergal-ki-welt.de.
